Food for special medical purposes.
A blend of pregelatinized corn starch and maltodextrin. Instantly thickens, improves solubility, and ensures a smooth, lump-free preparation. Suitable for hot or cold liquids and foods.
Am Plus is intended for the dietary management of subjects with swallowing disorders, dysphagia and presbyphagia.

How to use
Pour a spoonful of powder onto the food you want to thicken and mix with a fork until completely dissolved. If necessary, use a shaker or a blender on low speed for a few seconds. The thickening effect depends on both the amount of powder used and the type of food. Generally, it takes a couple of minutes to complete, and the resulting consistency will last for several hours.
Consistency per 100 ml of water:
syrup: one level tablespoon/measuring spoon (approx. 4.5 g);
cream: 1.5 level tablespoons/measuring spoons (7 g);
pudding: 2 level tablespoons/scoops (9 g).

Warnings
This product should be used under medical supervision and should not be used as a sole source of nutrition. Do not use in children under three years of age. For oral use.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 2 months.
