Description
Baked product with protein-free extra virgin olive oil. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney disease (nephropathy), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other conditions requiring a low-protein diet, with a protein content of less than 1%, and low phosphorus, potassium, and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic kidney disease, a diet low in protein, potassium, and phosphorus is recommended; the level of phenylalanine in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, corn starch, rice starch, extra virgin olive oil 6%; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar flour; dextrose, dried sourdough starter (rice flour), yeast, apple cider vinegar, psyllium fiber, rice flour, iodized salt.

May contain traces of: mustard , sesame seeds, lupins .
