Ingredients
D-chiro inositol; capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, calcium carbonate; flax seed extract (Linum usitatissimum L.) tit. at 20% in lignans ( gluten ), sweet potato tuber extract [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lamb.], banaba leaf extract [Lagerstroemia speciosa (L.) Pers.] tit. at 1% in corosolic acid, zinc gluconate; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; vitamin B12 0.1% (maltodextrin 95.9%, trisodium citrate E331 3%, citric acid E330 1%), vitamin B6, folic acid.

How to use
We recommend taking one capsule daily, as directed by your doctor, with a little water. A six-month course of treatment is recommended for optimal results. The product can be taken at any time of day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take during pregnancy. Breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
