COBAXIL B12® FIVE THOUSAND
Cobaxil B12® cinquemila 5000 mcg is a product containing high-dose vitamin B12, indicated for severe cobalamin deficiency associated with reduced absorption, increased demand, and reduced dietary intake. The sublingual form, using a different absorption route than the gastrointestinal one, ensures maximum absorption of vitamin B12 even in patients with gastroesophageal resection and inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. The use of Cobaxil B12® cinquemila helps effectively and appropriately correct severe vitamin B12 deficiency, which can be responsible for anemia (feeling of fatigue and generalized tiredness), elevated homocysteine levels, neuropathy, and cognitive difficulties. Cobaxil B12® cinquemila is designed to restore severe vitamin B12 deficiency (initial therapy).
How to use
Place one Cobaxil B12® 5000 mcg tablet under the tongue and wait until completely absorbed (about 30 seconds). Do not swallow. Take one sublingual tablet weekly or as directed by your doctor.
