EVOTEARS OMEGA 3 ML OPHTHALMIC EYE DROPS

Description
Medical device consisting of a liquid eye drop without water, without antimicrobial preservatives and phosphates.
Contains perfluorohexyloctane (EyeSol) with 0.2% omega-3 fatty acids.
It stabilizes the lipid layer of the tear film and reduces evaporation of the aqueous phase underlying the tear film. It lubricates and protects the ocular surface and therefore relieves symptoms associated with dry eye, such as burning, itching, pain, and foreign body sensation.

How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop to the lower eyelid 4 times a day. It can be used daily since it is free of antimicrobial preservatives.
Due to its specific properties, EvoTears omega works differently than traditional eye drops. We therefore recommend reading these instructions carefully before use.
1. Unscrew the eye drop cap.
2. Remove the sealing ring from the cap before the first application of EvoTears omega.
3. Avoid touching the dropper tip to your skin, eyes, or eyelashes after removing the cap.
4. Before applying eye drops, in order to avoid loss of solution, carefully read and follow points 5 and 6.
5. Hold the open bottle with the dropper tip pointing upwards and gently squeeze the bottle with your thumb and forefinger.
6. Before bringing the bottle to your eye, hold the dropper tip down and invert it. Then immediately release the dropper to release the pressure. This allows some air to pass through the liquid and enter the bottle. Leave the bottle with the dropper tip facing down.
7. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down on your lower eyelid.
8. Hold the open vial upside down vertically above the eye. Squeeze the vial gently and apply one drop to each eye.
9. After application, close your eyes to evenly distribute EvoTears omega.
10. After use, close the bottle with the cap.

Warnings
It should not be used in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the components perfluorohexyloctane and omega-3 fatty acids.
Use this product with caution if used concomitantly with other eye medications. If using any other treatment, it is advisable to wait at least 15 minutes between applications.
If you wear contact lenses, do not use EvoTears omega, as there is insufficient data available on the compatibility of the product with contact lens materials.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Conservation
Do not store above 25°C.
Shelf life of intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 2 months.
