A dietary supplement useful for regulating bowel movements, promoting soft and regular bowel movements without creating a habit. By correcting constipation, it acts as a preventative measure against conditions such as diverticulosis, hemorrhoids, and varicose veins. By prolonging the absorption of lipids and carbohydrates, it is useful in the diet of individuals with impaired carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, provided it is included as part of a controlled diet.

How to use
Granular: 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of water.
Tablets: 4 tablets 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of water.
In diets aimed at achieving body weight reduction, take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking plenty of water.

Warnings
Fiber supplementation is not recommended in early childhood.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
