Food supplement based on citicoline, lipoic acid, ginger, vitamin D, zinc, vitamin B6 and vitamin B1.
Thiamine and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal nervous system function, and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, the maintenance of normal bones, and the normal function of the immune system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, normal vitamin A metabolism, maintenance of normal vision, normal immune system function, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Ginger has anti-nausea properties and promotes normal cardiovascular function and blood circulation.
Ingredients
Citicoline sodium salt; bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; lipoic acid, ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) rhizome extract tit. 5% gingerols; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, talc, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); colorants: titanium dioxide, indigo carmine, iron oxides and hydroxides.

How to use
1 tablet daily, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. For best absorption, it is recommended to take it before meals on an empty stomach.
