Food supplement based on plant extracts of ashwagandha, lavender, lemon balm and hops, with magnesium and L-theanine (an amino acid naturally contained in green tea leaves).
Ashwagandha root has tonic-adaptogenic properties and is a tonic in cases of physical and mental fatigue, useful for relaxation and physical well-being.
Lemon balm also promotes relaxation and mental well-being and maintains mood.
Hops and lavender promote relaxation in case of stress.
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Red apple flavor.
Contains no added sugars, artificial flavors, artificial colors, or GMOs.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal) root hydroglycerine extract 1/2 D/E, L-theanine, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaf extract min. tit. 7% in hydroxycinnamic acids, lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) flowers eg D/E 1/2, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) cones eg D/E 1/2, purified water; stabilizer: glycerol; acidifier: citric acid, natural flavor; preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

How to use
Shake before use.
2 ml per day (using the graduated dropper), as is or diluted in a little water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Use is not recommended in children and during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding.
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store at room temperature. Once opened, the bottle should be refrigerated.
Being a natural product, any variations in color or flavor from one batch to another do not affect its quality.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
