Description
Protein-free pasta.
Food for special medical purposes.
Indicated for the dietary management of chronic renal failure or other conditions requiring a low-protein diet. In cases of chronic renal failure, a diet low in sodium, potassium, and phosphorus is recommended.

Ingredients
Corn starch, potato starch, rice starch, thickener: cellulose; chicory inulin, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, safflower extract, coloring: beta-carotene.

May contain soy .
Gluten free.

How to use
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes (about 2 litres of water for 80 g of pasta, salt the water according to your doctor's instructions), stirring regularly.

Warnings
To be used under medical supervision.
Not suitable as a sole nutritional source.
For patients undergoing levodopa therapy, the degree of any dysphagia and any malnutrition problems that may arise under conditions of protein restriction must be evaluated.
Suitable for children over three years of age.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
