Dietary food for special medical purposes indicated for diabetes, stress-induced hyperglycemia, and metabolic syndrome. Advanced formula based on a triple-action nutrient system (TripleCare). Low-glycemic carbohydrate system for improved glycemic response. Blend of lipids, with monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and Omega-3. Fiber and fructooligosaccharides (FOS).

Its composition, including a slow-release carbohydrate system, monounsaturated and omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), make it particularly suitable for those with impaired carbohydrate metabolism (type I and II diabetes), stress-induced hyperglycemia, and metabolic syndrome. It can be used as a meal replacement and/or snack. Glucerna SR is available in three flavors: vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate.
