How to use
Take 1 sachet one to three times a day, preferably half an hour before main meals, dissolved in water or another pleasant beverage. Alternatively, dissolve the contents of 1 to 3 sachets in still mineral water and drink throughout the day (½ liter per sachet).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
