Ingredients
Maltodextrin, ground Indian psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata) (33%), methylcellulose (8%); acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate; flavouring; colouring: beta-carotene; sweetener: sucralose; colouring: beetroot red; blend of bacterial strains (0.07%) [30 bacterial strains, maltodextrin, contains milk and milk products ( milk proteins)].

May contain traces of mustard and sesame seeds.

Gluten free.

How to use
Fill the shaker with approximately 200–250 ml of still water. Add a level measuring spoon of Kijimea Regularis Plus. Shake briefly and pour the liquid into a glass. Drink the mixture immediately, otherwise it may thicken.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take one level measuring spoon (approximately 12 g) mixed in approximately 200–250 ml of water one to three times daily.
Children 6–12 years: Take half a measuring spoon (about 6 g) mixed in about 100–150 ml of water one to three times a day.

Warnings
Do not take Kijimea Regularis Plus without sufficient liquid. A 30–60 minute interval should be observed when taking concomitant medications. The product should not be taken if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Conservation
Store below 25°C and in a dry place.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
Shelf life after opening: 3 months.
