Lidren

A natural dietary supplement based on plant extracts of rosemary, calendula, birch, artichoke, dandelion, horse chestnut, and echinacea. These ingredients work synergistically and physiologically support drainage, regulating the balance between the lymphatic and microcirculatory systems.

Ingredients

	per 1 tablet
Rosemary dry extract 1:4	200 mg
Calendula dry extract 1:4	100 mg
Birch sap	100 mg
Artichoke dry extract titrated 4% in Chlorogenic acid	100 mg 1 mg
Dandelion dry extract titrated 4% in Inulin	100 mg 1 mg
Horse chestnut dry extract titrated 4% in Escin	100 mg 4 mg
Echinacea dry extract titrated 0.1% in Echinacosides	50 mg 0.05 mg

How to use
In acute treatment, initial dosage: 4 tablets daily (2 + 2 in the morning and evening) for at least 3 weeks, combined with drinking at least 1/2 liter of water at each dose. In cases of reduced initial individual therapeutic response, continue at the physician's discretion.
Subacute: 3 tablets per day always combined with hydropinic therapy for at least 3 weeks.
Chronic: at the doctor's discretion, switch to maintenance therapy with 2 tablets per day combined with hydropinic therapy.
Begin reducing the dosage when the doctor believes that a reduction in lymphostasis has been achieved.

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding women and children are advised to seek medical advice.
Possible interference with antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants, in which case the doctor may evaluate the need to correct the dosage.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
