Description
Pure psyllium fiber dietary supplement useful for regular intestinal transit, normal stool volume and consistency, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, and for its prebiotic effect, in powder form.

Ingredients
Psyllium (ispagul) seed coats (Plantago ovata Forsk) in powder titrated 90% dietary fibre.
Contains: sesame, mustard, lupins and derivatives .

Gluten free.

How to use
Pour the contents of 3 level scoops (4.5 g) of powder into 200 ml of still water, stir for a few seconds, and drink immediately. Any thickening of the mixture is a sign of high-quality product. To adjust the consistency, add more water. With other foods (yogurt, milk, fruit juice, smoothies, or other), stir well and then drink one or two glasses of water.

Warnings
Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and should be used as part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Avoid concomitant use with medications due to possible reduced or delayed absorption. May cause bloating and abdominal cramps. To avoid this, drink plenty of water and gradually increase the required dosage over a few days. Store away from moisture; close the container tightly after use.
