Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, partially hydrolyzed guar fiber [Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.], psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.) (may contain traces of mustard and sesame and their derivatives), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruit) dry extract titrated at 0.5% in essential oil, sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia; natural flavoring, spirulina powder [Spirulina platensis (Gomont) Geitler concentrate, stabilizer: trisodium citrate].

How to use
Adults: The recommended dosage is 2 teaspoons per day in a large cup or glass (large enough to contain the initial effervescence) with approximately 200 ml of room temperature water. If needed, a third teaspoon may be taken at another time during the day.
It is preferable to use lukewarm water.
It is recommended not to use hot or carbonated water.
We will have to wait for the solution to become clear.
Stir until the effervescence stops, indicating the ideal time to consume. The formation of gelatinous agglomerates and particles in solution is due to the presence of natural fibers.
Thanks to the presence of plant extracts, the solution will have a light and natural green color.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.
Variations in taste and smell between packs are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.
