How to use
Take 2-4 scoops of NutraMet Fiber daily, as needed. Dissolve the contents in a glass of still water (200 ml) or other beverage, stirring thoroughly. NutraMet Fiber can also be added to yogurt or pureed fruit, smoothies, or other hot or cold dishes, as desired.
Warnings
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
