Ingredients
Water, nelumbo (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) root extract D:E 10:1, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial parts extract titrated 0.8% in total alkaloids expressed as protopine; stabilizer: sorbitol; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial parts hydroalcoholic extract; acidifier: lactic acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; natural eucalyptus flavoring, natural mint flavoring; thickener: xanthan gum; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take 10 ml using the appropriate measuring cup, once a day, in the evening before bed. Shake the bottle well before use.
