Food supplement.
Psyllium, thanks to its high prebiotic fiber content, helps keep the intestines clean by normalizing stool volume and consistency and promoting regular bowel movements. It also has an emollient and soothing effect on the entire digestive tract and regulates carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, limiting their absorption during meals.
It contains no preservatives, colorants, sweeteners or other synthetic food additives.

Ingredients
Psyllium ( Plantago ovata ) seed husk (99%), citric acid, sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis ) fruit peel essential oil; natural sweeteners: steviol glycosides (E960) extracted from stevia leaves and thaumatin (E957) extracted from katemfe fruits.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (4 g) dissolved in a large glass of water (at least 200 ml), one to three times a day at any time (4 to 12 g per day). Scoop included in the package.
