How to use
Take between meals with 250 ml of water. One hour after taking the capsule, drink plenty of water to stimulate diuresis and eliminate bacteria. If water is not available, the capsule can be dissolved in the mouth (drink as soon as possible).
Acute phase : 2 capsules every 3 hours until symptoms resolve. Continue with 2 capsules every 8 hours for one week.
Maintenance : For recurring episodes, take 2 capsules mid-morning and 2 capsules before bed for 2 months. Reduce gradually.
Prevention : 2 capsules after intimate intercourse (or other triggers), 6 capsules per day for the following 48 hours.
Warnings
The product's effectiveness may be reduced in cases of intestinal malabsorption (Chronic acid, celiac disease, gastroenteritis). It can be taken by children and adults with diabetes mellitus. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
