Food supplement based on melatonin, glycine and dry extracts of lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile, plants known for their beneficial effects on relaxation and mental well-being.
Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; L-glycine; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves extract tit. 12% rosmarinic acid, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering herb extract tit. 4% total flavonoids, flavouring, chamomile [Matricaria chamomilla L. (syn. Matricaria recutita L., Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert.)] flowers extract tit. 0.3% apigenin, melatonin, natural chamomile flavouring.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily shortly before bedtime. Dissolve the tablet in the mouth, without water, to promote rapid absorption.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and localized heat sources. The best before date applies to properly stored, unopened products.
