SENNA HERBAL TEA

Description
Senna herbal tea with beneficial properties.

Ingredients
Senna (Senna alexandrina Mill.) leaves 45%, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits, buckthorn (Frangula alnus Mill.) bark, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) leaves, chamomile (Matricaria recutita L.) flowers.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and stir well. Cover the container to prevent the volatile compounds from dispersing.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Let steep for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then strain. Add sugar or honey, if desired.
We recommend 1 cup of herbal tea, preferably in the evening before going to sleep, when you feel the need.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
