Actenacol
Food supplement based on fennel and lemon balm, which aid digestive function, gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of abdominal gas.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equivalent to 5 ml of Actenacol) shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Water, fructose, stabilizer: glycerol; sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruit) dry extract* titrated at 2% in essential oil, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract* titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin.
Gluten free.
*Dry extract supported on maltodextrin.

How to use
Shake the bottle and administer 0.5 ml of product per kg of body weight per day (maximum dose: 5 ml/day), preferably before or during meals. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into two administrations.
The graduated measuring cup included in the package is useful for the correct intake of the product.
For correct use of the product, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
