Actinic
Lotion

CE Class I medical device. This lotion protects against both UVB and UVA rays. It contains broad-spectrum photostable filters and is water-resistant. Actinica Lotion also has moisturizing properties to improve skin condition. The absence of fragrance and conventional polyethylene glycol (PEG) emulsifiers ensures the lotion's good tolerability, making it suitable for use on even the most sensitive skin.

How to use
Apply a generous amount of Actinica Lotion every morning, year-round, to all areas of skin exposed to the sun during the day. Use Actinica before applying cosmetic products (allow Actinica Lotion to absorb into the skin for a few minutes). Repeat application after prolonged contact with water or if you are sweating profusely. Avoid direct sun exposure and wear protective clothing. Skin surface area varies from person to person; the following figure provides a rough guideline on how much to use. Using a smaller amount of product may reduce its protective effectiveness.
For optimal product distribution and a pleasant sensation on the skin, apply a first dose to the face and repeat after 5–10 minutes. Caution: Do not leave more than 10–15 minutes between two applications. The instructions regarding the amount of product to apply to the face, scalp, etc. can be used as a guide to determine the dose needed for other skin areas. When using for the first time, it is necessary to press the dispenser several times to dispense the fluid; however, the first few pumps do not provide a full dose. Press slowly to obtain the full dose.

Precautions for use
Undesirable effects from one of the ingredients of Actinica Lotion cannot be ruled out. If, after brief exposure to the sun, irritation, a rash, or a sunburn-like reaction occurs, this indicates that the product is causing undesirable effects. In this case, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, as Actinica Lotion may cause a burning sensation if it comes into direct contact with the eyes. If this occurs, rinse your eyes with plenty of water. It is also recommended to wear sunglasses with UV protection to protect your eyes.

Use in combination with mosquito repellent products
If using Actinica Lotion in combination with a mosquito repellent, apply Actinica Lotion first. Wait about 20 minutes before applying the mosquito repellent. In this case, please note that the protection provided by Actinica Lotion may be reduced.

Special warnings
The UV photoprotective filters contained in Actinica Lotion may stain clothing, plastics, and other materials, such as swimming pool film. It is therefore recommended not to apply Actinica Lotion immediately before getting dressed.
