How to use
We recommend taking two scoops per day, equal to 30 ml, diluted in one liter of water and drinking throughout the day. Alternatively, dilute 30 ml in a large glass of water and take, preferably in the morning before breakfast. It is advisable to drink plenty of water while taking the product to help the body eliminate excess fluids.

Warnings
Contains caffeine (24 mg/daily dose). Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). Do not take if you are already consuming other products containing green tea during the day. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in children under 18. This product should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
