ALKALOS
Calcium citrate, magnesium, potassium bicarbonate, and vitamin D3 supplement. Calcium and vitamin D3 contribute to healthy bones.
Ingredients
Unit A: Calcium Citrate, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Unit B: Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet A in the morning and 1 tablet B in the evening before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindicated in patients with hyperkalemia or hypermagnesemia, or conditions that may predispose to the onset of these plasma alterations. These conditions include chronic renal failure and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
Concomitant use of ALKALOS and potassium-sparing drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) may cause hyperkalemia. Monitoring potassium levels is therefore recommended. No interactions with other medications are known.
Rarely, mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea may develop during treatment.
The tablet form may be particularly suitable for these subjects.
Conservation
Best before date from production date, in intact packaging: 24 months.
