ALTOP
A supplement containing betaine citrate, vitamins B1, B6, B12, and vitamin C, useful for providing additional amounts of these nutrients to your daily diet. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal heart function. Vitamins B6, B12, and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue, and contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; betaine citrate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose; 0.1% vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
