Amalaki, Sandalwood, Cinnamon, Turmeric and Long Pepper act favorably as antioxidants.

Property
According to Ayurvedic tradition, it promotes physiological balance by promoting the vitality of body and mind. It also helps effectively counteract the damaging effects of free radicals.
In the Ayurvedic tradition, this formulation is the Rasayana (invigorator) par excellence; it has a positive effect on the cardiovascular and immune systems, and on all conditions in which the body requires support.

How to use
1 teaspoon (5 g) of paste twice daily away from meals.
It is recommended to use it in combination with Amrita 5.

Conservation
