Melatonin-based dietary supplement with natural chamomile and lemon balm extracts. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*, promoting rapid onset of sleep, and alleviates the effects of jet lag**.
The formula is complemented with natural chamomile and lemon balm extracts, plants with beneficial properties that promote mental well-being and relaxation, physiologically and naturally, for a good night's sleep. Lemon balm also supports normal mood.
*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

How to use
It is recommended to take at least 4 drops daily, just before bedtime, as is or diluted in a little water. Shake the bottle well before use.
