Food supplement based on prebiotics and probiotics that promote the balance of intestinal flora and with valerian which promotes relaxation (sleep; in cases of stress) and melatonin which helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Ingredients
Lynside Immunity Prebiotic (yeast cell wall), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose coating; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; maltodextrin; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves dry extract titrated to 20% in theanine, LifeinU lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; corn starch, melatonin.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules daily.
