Description
Food for special medical purposes characterized by a low, guaranteed and constantly monitored content of proteins, sodium, potassium, tyrosine and phenylalanine.
Specifically designed for the dietary management of certain pathologies: renal failure (nephropathy), metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia) and Parkinson's disease (in therapy with Levodopa).
With sourdough starter.

Ingredients
Water, corn starch, rice starch, high oleic sunflower oil; thickeners: guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; dextrose, brewer's yeast, dried sourdough starter (1.7%) (rice flour), apple cider vinegar, beetroot fiber, psyllium flour (vegetable fiber), iodized salt, flavoring.
The product may contain traces of lupin, mustard, sesame seeds, soy .

How to use
Ready-to-use product because it is already cooked.
To make the loaves taste like they were freshly baked, we recommend reheating them in a hot oven (180°C for 7-9 minutes).

The product must be used under medical supervision and cannot be used as the sole source of nutrition.
Product packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Shelf life when packaged intact: 6 months.
