SLEEP DROPS
Melatonin-based food supplement that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime) and alleviate the effects of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination).
With lemon balm and chamomile extracts, for a relaxing effect.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Purified water; thickeners: glycerol, xanthan gum; fructose, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers) extract, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) extract titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid, melatonin, flavouring; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 drops a day, shortly before bed, as is or diluted in a little water.
