How to use
For adults only. 3 capsules 3 times a day with one or two large glasses of water, at least half an hour before main meals. It is recommended to drink plenty of water to ensure proper absorption.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing. Allow 2 hours between taking this product and taking any other medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet.
