Magnesium oxide; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; boswellia extract (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.: gummi-resin, 65% boswellic acids), sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), B-2COOL (undenatured native type II collagen); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin K (menaquinone).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
Always take on an empty stomach and away from meals.
Between meals: at least one hour before eating and at least 3 hours after eating.
Recommended intake: in the morning before breakfast.
