It contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, and B12, which support energy levels. Vitamins B6 and B12, along with folate, also contribute to the reduction of tiredness.
It also contains vitamins C, D and the minerals zinc and selenium, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system, and vitamin E, which together with selenium and zinc helps protect cells from oxidative damage.
