Description
Bepanthenol Sensiderm Cream is indicated for the relief of itching and redness caused by irritation of the non-wounded skin of children and adults.
Bepanthenol Sensiderm Cream is a cortisone-free formula that combines rapid itching relief with skin barrier regeneration, helping the skin heal and reducing the urge to scratch. It relieves itching, thus providing at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep for children and their families.
Redness, swelling, and itching can be caused by various conditions such as dry skin, atopic dermatitis/eczema, allergic skin reactions, and many other skin irritations.
The intense itching that can occur causes the sensation of needing to scratch, but also further damage to the skin.
Bepanthenol Sensiderm Cream is used to relieve itching and redness caused by the following skin irritations:

Bepanthenol Sensiderm Cream strengthens the skin barrier thanks to its lamellar lipid technology. This mechanism strengthens the skin's own lipid layers, which act as a natural barrier against irritation, providing relief from itching and redness and supporting skin recovery.

In these conditions, the lipids of the superficial stratum corneum (also called the skin barrier) are damaged and this can induce itching.
