Dietary supplement with melatonin and lemon balm essential oil. Melatonin, taken shortly before bed, not only alleviates the effects of jet lag, but also helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Lemon balm essential oil promotes relaxation, while lemon essential oil provides a pleasant citrus flavor.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, melatonin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) essential oil, lemon [Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck] essential oil; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Dissolve one tablet under the tongue, in the evening just before going to bed.
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. For jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources, and sunlight. Avoid contact with water.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 30 days.
