Description
Food supplement of zinc, copper, vitamin D, riboflavin, with rutin, spermidine 3 HCl [N-(3-aminopropyl)- tetramethylenediamine trihydrochloride], wakame seaweed extract, olive fruit extract, fermented soybeans, soybean seeds extract, borage oil.
The metabolic and physiological changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause can impact hair health, making it thinner and therefore prone to hair loss. Furthermore, hair can appear dull, lifeless, and prone to graying.
Patented complex: with Olea europaea extract, titrated in maslinic acid and with riboflavin (vitamin B2) which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Wakame seaweed: brown seaweed rich in essential nutrients for the hair that promotes its well-being.
Borage oil: a source of essential fatty acids that promote cell function and maintain healthy skin.
Copper and zinc: help protect cells from oxidative stress. Copper also helps maintain hair's natural pigmentation, while zinc supports healthy hair, skin, and nails.

How to use
One tablet per day, preferably taken with breakfast or the main meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy. Please note that soy isoflavone supplementation should not exceed 80 mg/day.
