The melatonin in Circadiem 5 Tripto helps promote sleep and nighttime rest, as it helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Griffonia, titrated in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), promotes relaxation (sleep), mental well-being, and normal mood.
Ingredients
Purified water, fructose; stabilizer: glycerol; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed extract titrated 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, zinc bisglycinate; acidifier: citric acid; flavoring; preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
Shake well before each use.
It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of Circadiem 5 Tripto (containing 1 mg of melatonin), once a day, in the evening before going to bed.
Reclose the bottle with the dropper cap after use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid taking them during the day.
