Description
Food supplement with psyllium and pea fibers, plant extracts of ash, hibiscus and plum.
Contains psyllium and pea fiber, ash manna, plum, and hibiscus, known for their ability to promote intestinal transit. It also contains inulin, which helps balance intestinal bacterial flora, and fennel extract, which contributes to regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.

Fructose; dietary fiber: psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed husk, inulin, pea (Pisum sativum L.) fruit; plum (Prunus domestica L.) fruit extract, manna from ash (Fraxinus ornus L.) powder, flavoring, hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdari a L.) flower extract, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit extract

How to use
Pour the contents of one or two sachets into a glass and add plenty of cool water (at least 150 ml), stir and drink immediately.
Take away from meals or in the evening before going to bed.
For children, one sachet is sufficient.
