Food supplement containing creatine, carnitine, arginine, taurine, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C and E, and coenzyme Q10. Its constituent nutrients contribute to normal muscle function (magnesium, potassium), normal energy-yielding metabolism (pantothenic acid, magnesium, and vitamins PP, B2, B1, B6, B12, and C), the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium, and vitamins PP, B2, B6, B12, and C), the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamins E, C, and B2), and the maintenance of normal immune system function (folate, vitamins B6, B12, and C).
Car-go is indicated in cases of reduced intake of these nutrients with food or increased physiological needs.

Ingredients
Creatine, sucrose; acidifier: citric acid; L-arginine, potassium bicarbonate, L-taurine, magnesium oxide, L-carnitine tartrate; sweetener: acesulfame K; orange flavor, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), B vitamins (thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin), maltodextrin, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), coenzyme Q10.
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
Take one sachet twice daily or as directed by your doctor. Dissolve the product in a little water or juice, smoothies, fruit juices, etc. and consume immediately after preparation.
