Food supplement containing creatine, carnitine, aginine, taurine, B vitamins, vitamins C and E, coenzyme Q10 and lycopene.
The nutrients it contains contribute to normal energy metabolism (pantothenic acid, vitamins PP, B2, B6, B12 and C), to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (pantothenic acid, folate, vitamins PP, B2, B6, B12 and C), to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vitamins E, C and B2), to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system (folate, vitamins B6, B12 and C), to normal cardiac function (vitamin B1).
It is indicated in case of reduced intake or increased need for these nutrients.

How to use
1 sachet per day or as advised by your doctor.
Dissolve the product in a little water. The appearance of red spots in the preparation is normal and indicates the proper dissolution of one of the ingredients. Stir until the red spots have completely dissolved and drink immediately after preparation.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not use during pregnancy.
