CARNIDYN PLUS
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for acetyl-L-carnitine taurinate, vitamins, mineral salts, creatine, aspartic acid, asparagine and carnosine.
Contains:
• Vitamin B5 (or pantothenic acid): contributes to normal energy metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; it also promotes normal mental performance.
• Vitamin E and selenium: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Magnesium: helps reduce physical tiredness and fatigue by supporting normal muscle function; promotes the maintenance of electrolyte/water balance. It also supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Zinc: promotes normal cognitive function.
• Creatine: An amino acid derivative, naturally produced by the body and found in various foods. At a dosage of 3 g/day, it increases physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities.
Citrus flavor.
No added sugars.
Contains no ingredients of animal origin.

How to use
The recommended dose is 1-2 chewable tablets per day.
