CE medical device, sterile and disposable.
Ergothan single-tip urinary catheter for intermittent catheterization, self-lubricating, hydrophilic, ready-to-use, with integrated sterile 0.9% saline and a sterile protective sheath that allows for hands-free insertion. The tip is an Ergothan tip, flexible yet stable to allow gradual opening of the urethra, facilitating catheter insertion into the bladder.
The catheter's holes are atraumatic because they are rounded and smoothed both internally and externally using a special manufacturing technology: SCE (Soft Cat Eyes). This protects the delicate urethral mucosa and minimizes the risk of irritation or bleeding. This ensures minimal trauma during catheter insertion and removal. The Ergothan tip is colored according to the size code (CH).
Sterilization duration: 3 years from date of manufacture.
Sterilized by ethylene oxide according to EN 550:1994, EN ISO 10993-7:1995. Sterility cannot be guaranteed unless the packaging is intact. Use immediately after opening. Single-use product, not re-sterilizable.
Chemical-physical incompatibility of materials with substances with which they may potentially come into contact: fats and oils, such as Vaseline and paraffin oil; organic solvents such as benzene and ether; oxidizing materials such as hydrogen peroxide, sulfur hypochlorite; disinfectants containing phenol or similar.

Conservation
Store at room temperature, away from direct light. Prolonged exposure to fluorescent light, sunlight, or heat will damage the device.
