MALE EXTERNAL CATHETER
Non-sterile medical device.
Male external catheter. Pure rubber latex sheath (condom), complete with double-sided tape.
Contains no phthalates.
How to use
Before applying, clean and dry the penis area. If necessary, shave the pubic area.
Remove the protective paper from both sides of the double-sided tape. Wrap the double-sided tape around the base of the penis and remove any excess. Pull the sheath (condom) onto the penis, unrolling it over the double-sided tape. Apply gentle pressure to the external catheter over the double-sided tape to increase adhesion. Connect the end of the sheath (condom) to the urine collection bag connector.
To remove the sheath (condom), roll it up. Then remove the double-sided tape.
Warnings
Single-patient, disposable device.
The product must be replaced daily.
Do not tighten the double-sided tape too much to avoid circulatory problems.
Contains latex which may cause reactions.
Any serious incident occurring in relation to the device must be reported to the Manufacturer and to the competent Authority of the State in which the patient resides.
