Dietary supplement based on psyllium and melatonin. Psyllium helps promote regular intestinal transit.
Ingredients
Psyllium ( Plantago ovata Forsk) seed husk (contains mustard ); bulking agent: sorbitol; flavouring, maltodextrin; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: steviol glycosides; melatonin.
May contain traces of peanuts, lupins, soy, celery, sesame and their derivatives .
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 sachet daily, preferably in the evening before bed. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (about 200 ml), stir well, and drink the resulting solution immediately. Afterward, it is recommended to drink an additional glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
