Description
Food supplement based on citicoline, omega 3 and omega 6, L-tryptophan, vitamins E, B1, B6 with taurine, magnesium and zinc which contributes to normal cognitive function.

Ingredients
Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium oxide, citicoline; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel), microencapsulated fish oil titrated in omega 3 (modified food starch, sugar, sodium ascorbate, silicon dioxide) (contains fish and derivatives ); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; borage oil (Borago officinalis L., oleum ex semine) powder titrated in omega 6 (glucose sorghum, modified food starch, silicon dioxide, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium ascorbate), taurine, vitamin E (D-alpha tocopheryl acetate), L-tryptophan, selenium-enriched yeast, zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); coloring: calcium carbonate; vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate).

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 or 2 capsules a day, swallowed with a glass of water, without chewing.
