How to use
It is recommended to take one capsule per day.

Ingredients
Iron bisglycinate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid; capsule: food gelatin; coloring: titanium dioxide.
