How to use
Take 1 to 3 sachets daily at any time, always one hour before or two hours after taking any medications. Dissolve one sachet in at least 200 ml of still water. To promote a feeling of satiety, it is helpful to take it before main meals. Avoid taking Colonfit in the evening, immediately before bedtime.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
