Ingredients
Meriva - Turmeric Phospholipid rhizome e.g. (Curcuma longa L., soy lecithin) tit. 18-22% curcuminoids, edible gelatine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; dye: E171, E172.
Gluten- free and naturally lactose- free.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably before meals. You can open the capsule and pour the contents into a liquid (milk, yogurt, fruit juice).
