Description
Food supplement based on fibers derived from wheat bran and psyllium.
It can also be used in a vegan and vegetarian diet.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets per day, at any time of the day, starting with breakfast, with first and second courses or as a snack, drinking plenty of water.
Taking the product promotes correct intestinal transit.
BranSohn with Psyllium can be nibbled on its own, or added to milk, yogurt, or used in the preparation of both sweet and savory foods.
